Virginia L. Landry
Virginia L. Landry graduated from Northern Arizona University in 1982 and
then went on to receive her law degree from Western State University in
1988. Following the completion of her law degree, Ms. Landry opened her
own Law Offices. Orange County Defense Attorney Virginia L. Landry is
nationally Board Certified as a DUI Defense Attorney Specialist. She is
admitted to practice in all California state courts and the United States
District Court, Central District.
Ms. Landry is a fierce advocate of her clients' rights. Since opening
her own Law Office, Attorney Landry has helped countless clients fight their
DUI charges in Orange County and surrounding areas. As a skilled DUI Defense
Lawyer, Ms. Landry understands that all DUI charges demand aggressive
defense. That is why Attorney Landry places every effort into her clients'
criminal cases. Her primary aim is to make sure that her clients receive
the best possible case outcome in court and after their DMV Hearings.
Virginia currently services as Regent for the National College for DUI
Defense (NCDD) and is also a member of the Board of Directors for the
California DUI Lawyers Association. As a result of her skill and willingness
to accumulate hands-on experience, Attorney Landry has also become one
of a select group of lawyers to earn Board Certification in DUI Defense
and certification as an instructor for DUI detection and standardized
field sobriety testing. Virginia remains very active in various local
and legal organizations.
Betty M. Stroh
Betty Stroh joined the Law Offices of Virginia L. Landry, Inc. after honing
her skills as a sole practitioner representing clients charged with various
drug and alcohol-related crimes, including driving under the influence.
During her tenure as a sole practitioner focusing on criminal law, Betty
also handled clients' cases involving the DMV, including cases where
she worked to protect clients' driver's licenses.
A native of New York, Attorney Stroh attended Rye Country Day School and
Boston University and earned her B.A. in psychology. Betty relocated to
Southern California shortly after college and spent time managing several
businesses in the entertainment industry. She earned her law degree from
the American College of Law and became licensed to practice law in 1995.
With 20 years of legal experience, Attorney Stroh has proven herself as
a seasoned and talented advocate for clients facing criminal charges and
disciplinary matters with the DMV. She has also used her experience to
help others in the legal profession, teaching Criminal Law and Argumentation
and Debate at the Gifted Students Academy at the University of California,
Irvine since 2006.
